The pouch is nicely manufactured in green canvas The pouch is not visibly marked anymore but most likely produced by gfg indicating production by Karl Hepting u. Co., Leder- u. Guertelfabrik, Stuttgart.
There's also a "MP 38u. 40" ink stamp at the top
